- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the amount of hours, degree of difficulty and danger the job presents. Certain work will require permits, inspections required by the county/city, or special equipment rental which will be included with the estimate if your project requires any of those needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is the same process with all my customers. I like to discuss details of the project the customer has in mind and schedule a visual job site survey to provide the customer with a free estimate for their desired project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
