FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every property is different, so your price is based on a few key factors rather than a flat rate: Home size and layout — square footage and the number of potential entry points affect treatment scope. Type of pest and severity — a routine quarterly treatment costs differently than an active infestation needing a more intensive first visit. Service frequency — one-time treatments are priced differently than ongoing quarterly or bi-monthly plans, which typically offer better value over time since they include unlimited free re-treatments between visits. Property type — interior/exterior of a home is treated differently than crawl spaces, outbuildings, or commercial properties. Initial vs. recurring visit — the first service is usually more thorough (and priced accordingly) to knock down existing pest pressure; recurring visits maintain that protection. We'll always give you an exact, no-surprises quote after a quick look at your property (or a phone consultation) — no hidden fees, no long-term lock-in pressure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact & consultation — Whether you call in or request a quote online, we'll ask a few questions about your property and pest concerns to understand what you're dealing with. Quote & plan recommendation — Based on your home and situation, we'll recommend the right service level (we offer Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans) and walk through what's included so there are no surprises. Scheduling the first visit — We'll get you on the calendar at a time that works for you, typically within a few days. Initial treatment — Your first service is more thorough than routine visits — it's designed to knock down existing pest pressure both inside and out. Ongoing service — From there, you're on a recurring schedule (quarterly or bi-monthly depending on your plan), with free re-treatments between visits if anything pops up. Check-ins & adjustments — If a specific pest issue isn't fully resolved, or your needs change, we adjust the plan or treatment approach — you're never locked into something that isn't working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Here's a draft: What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? All of our technicians are licensed through the Arkansas State Plant Board to perform pest control services, meeting the state's required training and testing standards before they ever step onto a property. Beyond that initial licensing, we run our own internal training program to keep the team sharp — covering everything from pest identification and treatment methods to safety protocols and customer service standards. Techs continue building on this training throughout their time with us, so you're getting someone who knows both the science of pest control and how to take care of your home. A couple of notes: I kept it general on "Arkansas State Plant Board" since that's the licensing body for pest control in AR and MO— let me know if NPC holds any additional specific certifications (e.g., specific product/technique certifications) you want named specifically. If you want, I can pull in details from your actual onboarding/training tracker to make the "internal training program" description more specific rather than generic.
