- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is extremely competitive. I can work with customers who might have financial hardships but need to get some work done. I want to make it possible for anyone to get what they need especially when others say no. I will offer financing in some of those cases. I typically ask for a deposit and some of the larger projects might require the customer to cover materials to start. It can vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I like to find out what their needs and wants are. This might involve a meeting at the job site to see what is involved or if the customer has enough information I can determine pricing and materials and work with them over the phone, email, or texts. I will walk them through the process from start to finish so they are comfortable knowing what's going on and where we are in the process. I want them to feel comfortable and build a good reputation with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On paper I have my Cisco CCNA, A+ Cert, Vocational Certification in Construction and Building, my degree in Cybersecurity and Counterterrorism.
