We are Licensed by the state of Arkansas as a Home Inspector and Home Improvement Contractor. Our Inspector is highly educated and has many advanced credentials to include a construction related engineering degree as well as having 25 years hands on building experience as a journeyman carpenter. Lonnie and his team did an EXCELLENT job with my home inspection. Extremely thorough, easy to communicate with, kept me updated every step of the way, and spent the time to go over everything he found with me. The report that he compiles and gives to you is also extremely thorough, easy to access, and easy to navigate. Lonnie was awesome to work with and provided me with, not only an accurate and thorough assessment of our proposed property's condition, but also some excellent advice regarding how to prioritize the items needing attention. He walked me through all of the defects he found that could have potential impact if left unaddressed. He even had me poke my head into the crawl space and climb into the attic so that I could get a full understanding of the issues there...so much more effective than an explanation alongside pictures. If you want an absolutely honest, unbiased, objective, and thorough assessment of a property you're considering purchasing, Lonnie is the man! And don't be surprised if he asks you if you'd mind getting your hands a little dirty so he can help you really see the things he's finding.

Inspection fees vary as a result of square footage, age of home, location and foundation type.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A date and time for inspection is scheduled. An Inspection agreement will be sent to client and Inspector will coordinate with realtor(s) access to the property to perform the inspection.
