- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is cheaper than others because I don’t believe on squeezing money out of people, I treat everyone fairly. If your properties is substantial and it will take me longer to clean that will be communicated early on so we have a price set and a estimation of hours it will take so there will be no surprises when the invoice is sent. I believe in open communication, if you have a special request I will make sure it is accomplished for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide you with a standard chemist that verifies all of my work for your comfort along with any special requests you are in need of. After the work is completed you will be sent a invoice for both of our records and notified to write a review if inclined.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a family friend who was looking for a cleaner for their investment properties and she chose me. That was over 3 years ago and I have grown into helping other independent real estate investors for Airbnb, long term rentals, and residential properties.
