Introduction: My desire is to help people become the best versions of themselves by daily striving to “Be Better.” We can always improve. When we think we’re the best or “we’ve arrived”, we become complacent. My job as a personal trainer is to motivate you and push you to constantly improve. I’ve been there. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, I’ve probably helped somebody else with it or gone through it myself. I want to help you help yourself. All I need from you is hard work and discipline and I promise you’ll get the results you desire. #BeBetter
I enjoy changing people’s lives. I had a personal trainer my freshman year of college. I was overweight, had no self confidence, and was ready to make a change. My trainer changed my life. He worked with me. He pushed me. He believed in me. He saw changes that I never noticed and gave me all the tools I needed to succeed. I’ve now come full circle and I’m at a place in my life where I’m able to do the same thing for other people. I’ve studied, I’ve researched, and I’ve taken tests. But more than that, I’ve worked with countless people from all walks of life and I’ve helped them make daily strives to be better.
