- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price fair. I have been ripped off by contractors, and very quickly lost faith In them. My prices may be lower than some/ most, but my quality of work will be top notch.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first express my gratitude for their interest in me. Then, I will shoot out a quote based on materials, and labor. Just so the customer has an idea, and can build off of that. After looking at the project/ site, I will then quote a more precise, and fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was a project manager for most major construction companies in NWA. I grew up around construction, remodeling homes, etc. also, I have worked in the commercial world with trim, doors of all kinds, cabinetry, carpentry, etc.
