We had 9 windows replaced by Ozark Home Pros. Stephen Shafer was our installer and did a fantastic job. He was professional, with a high standard of attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the job. His caulking is first class, in fact a couple of neighbors came over and said what a great job he was doing and they would hire him on his caulking skills alone!. I had expected 2 or 3 installers to arrive but Stephen did it alone and did such a great job that I would definitely recommend him and Ozark Home Pros (now I believe rebranded to Twist and Spout) to do any home improvement. First class job Stephen, it was a pleasure to have you in our home.

Drew did an excellent job removing and replacing my tub/shower combo. I couldn't have asked for better work or a better work ethic. Drew wanted to make sure that everything was done correctly and that the finished work looked great. That wasn't easy with my house that was built in the late 1800s, and had gone through several previous remodels.

Ozark by far is the best company I've had do work here NWA. Our sales person James Dinwoodie project manager Cameron were GREAT. But our installer Stephen Shafer was off the chart with his talent and knowledge of what needed to be done. Always on time and never stopped while he was hear. Will be using this group if I need any more work done!!!

We had a bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower as well as two single entry doors. From beginning to end, we could not be more impressed or pleased with the services provided by OHP. They have a great team and are meticulous with design, products, project management, and installation. Drew and Stephen are highly skilled craftsmen! We would/will not hesitate to recommend OHP. (In fact, we are so pleased with our products and service that we have ordered two more entry doors.)
