Karen Ann Anderson says, "we had a pretty good underground leak somewhere between the meter and 2 old chicken houses on a line that was installed 45 years ago...I called American Leak Detection and they came out promptly within a day or two and spent a few hours using acoustic detection, trying everything they could but couldn't detect the leak...we needed to have a hose bib put on the meter so they could run some tracer gas through the lines...once that was done they came back out promptly and used the tracer gas and immediately found it...they explained there is a year warranty on their work and if for some reason that turned out not to be the source of the leak, to call them immediately and they would come right back out...it was the source and the plumber fixed it, all is good now...ALD has outstanding customer service and are very knowledgeable...I highly recommend them to anyone with an undetectable leak source...they have a customer for life with us"See more

Tasha Warmoth says, "Our furnace went out two days before a record breaking storm. We called Paschal, they had Dillan out that morning and we were set up for installation the next day. The two guys that came to our house were absolutely amazing. They provided an excellent service. They were so polite and clean. They had the whole furnace replaced in a couple hours. I couldnt be happier. I will be calling them for my hvac system this summer. Im so thankful for them getting this done before the storm hits!"See more

What they took care of that I didnt need to struggle to figure out, and the time, made their trip fee worth every penny and they fixed my leaky washing machine valve and saved us a plumber visit. We also had them replace four toilets, in a 40 year old house with some archaic design choices. I could have replaced toilets. But Im glad I didnt. I was immediately glad. These guys were patient in the face of challenges, were pleasant and good natured throughout, and even cut up a fallen tree that fell into our driveway from a storm. Even with multiple trips to the hardware store they solved problems and went beyond expectations. Genuinely helpful, versatile, on time, and reasonably priced. Travis and Michael were great both times weve hired them so far and will for sure work with them again for future projects."See more
