How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for a local pest control company shortly after I turned 20 and it was a great experience for me. I love the interactions and the problem solving that I was able to be a part of there. That company ended up selling to a national brand. I was promoted all along the way from technician to eventually branch manager, but my values no longer seemed to align with the organization and so with family support, I started Tier One Pest Control to bring back a quality technical service approach and hometown customer service.
