Before it all, I was the owner of a cleaning and restoration company. I was always interested in the construction trade as a hobby in which it turned to a passion, during that period I remodeled and restored 5 homes from the ground up, and have done numerous troubleshooting repairs and correcting mistakes done by other contractors. Now in these days when contractors are in such time restraint, quality diminishes. That’s where people like me come in; to take their time to do it right. This is a self owner operated business. I pride my self on good ole’ fashion European quality, therefore I load up all the tools available for any task at hand. The three things I believe in are honesty, punctuality, and reliability. Giving you the best quality and honest craftsmanship.

We sought out three quotes prior to choosing Class Act Finishing for the job. Two of the previous quotes were in the same range as Class Act Finishing but what finalized our choice to go with Class Act Finishing was instant trust we felt when speaking with Virgil. Virgil immediately caught on to our love of our pets and established a plan/timeline that accommodated our pets and our work schedule. Virgil and his son Lawrance took great care in setting up prior to painting and cleaning up after painting. Virgil takes great care and pride in his work and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. I had complete trust leaving him in my home with my pets to get on with the job. Virgil would text me at the end of their work day with update; he would also let me know how are pets were doing as well. I have Class Act Finishing doing other projects for me; not just painting. I very highly recommend them!

Virgil & Lawrence are true cut professionals. My wife and I had recently bought and moved into our first home in Fayetteville. We had a few items on our list we needed to give attention to. A drywall hole (caused by movers), Faucets around the entire home replaced, and a couple of TVs mounted. We were so blown away by Class Act Finish's commitment to quality and timeliness. My wife and I run a tight schedule, and the two of them were able to keep their promise of arriving on time and completing our projects within the estimated timeframe and budget. Not to mention, The cleanliness of the team was greatly appreciated. I will refuse to work with any other Handy services in our area after the great service I received. As odd as it sounds, I'm looking forward to the next repair my home needs.

Pricing is all debatable, some jobs require more, and some less, Good isn't cheap and cheap isn't good
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, calling them to see what job is needed, if it's in my realm of possibility. Second, go to the job site and visually see the job mentioned and give an instant quote. Third, complete job, and customer is happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been an owner of a powerwash company long ago, and I've always been interested in the Construction trade my whole life, I've completely remodeled 4+ homes; even the one I'm proud to call my own. building and fixing has been in my blood since almost birth and I can proudly say if I set my mind to something I can and will complete it with maximum quality and craftsmanship.
