- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is $85 per hour. On custom desktop systems. I use a total cost policy. The customer is submitted three different proposals with talked about hardware and software configurations. Network projects that require a "hard wired solution". There could be an hourly charge based on the scope of the install.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Typical customer process is to first understand what the problem really is. Then, to create cost effective solutions that take care needs of the customer. Last, provide "Old School" customer service. Where we look to partner with our customers and have repeat business. Not just a one and done encounter!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Ohio State University with a major in IT. I have an CompTIA - A+ hardware certification. I am a Dell and Apple certified technician. We are part of the Intel Channel and AMD solutions programs. We have been part of the Microsoft Partner program since 2004. I have been to many tech conferences and vendor road shows over the past 15 years. I was a Microsoft trainer at a college for 1.5 years.
