I asked for an emergency same day mow, initially, Christian was unable to fit me in the same day (understandable) but promised to work me in the next morning. Christian responded faster than any of his competitors, he was kind and professional in his initial message to me. He messaged me a short while later saying he had a cancelation and could work me in. Yay!! My yard looks great!! The HOA is happy and so am I! He will definitely be my future pick. His competitors used a bot when they finally replied and had a link to input more information, except the one guy who just said "send me an address", lol. I was at work and this just was not ideal, and the other guy sounded grumpy. No images, because naturally it is raining today.
