- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact: We will reach out to a new customer to find out more about what they are experiencing with their roof and if there are specific products they are interested in installing on their property. We will also request street address as well as contact information. An appointment will be set for our representative to come to the property to inspect the current roof and do any needed measurements. 2. In-home Appointment: A Pinnacle Representative will come to your home to investigate any issues you are having. A thorough inspection will include looking into attic spaces to see if there are any indications of leaks and to assess proper ventilation. Please be sure to let us know at this time any concerns you have about your roof or home ventilation. Our representative will most likely take pictures to document the current state of the roof and to show you any areas where corrective action is suggested. Depending on the situation, our representative will discuss with you material options and may show you all of the parts that make up a roof. Please ask questions during this time. There are most likely more parts to your roofing system than you are aware of. 3. An estimate will be submitted to you for recommended services/materials. 4. If you approve the estimate, a contract will be presented to you to finalize the scope of the work to be performed and to document the materials to be used on your home. Be sure to document any unique features of your property. A deposit will be required to cover the cost of materials and start the installation process. 5. The specified work will be done. 6. Once completed, a Pinnacle Roofing representative will review the work completed. You will sign your satisfaction with the work or let us know areas of concern so that we can address them to your satisfaction. 7. The final payment will be submitted to Pinnacle Roofing.
