- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all inclusive and includes: Travel time, professionally edited photographs, access to digital pictures, print release. There are never any hidden fees or charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the type of session, the most important part for working with a new client is having a very detailed and thorough conversation with them to make sure I understand what their needs are and to be able to walk them through the process and review what I can provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent countless hours studying, researching and working with different photographers over the past few years to get to where I am today.
