I have room to room remodel experience but can also do the smaller jobs as well. Additionally, I spent 10+ years as an electrician and am very comfortable with ceiling fans, lights, switches, troubleshooting, etc. I'm a detail oriented person who envisions the whole job beginning to end before I start the work.

I had a roof tile magically fall off my roof (gravity, poorly attached tile) I checked thumbtack, found Tim at around 8am, and by 11am, my roof tile was securely attached and looks great again. It is attached now firmly and I have great confidence in the repair. It was great meeting Tim and will look forward to working together with future projects! Highly recommended!

Tim was amazing from start to finish. He took on part of a project he'd not done before as well and finished it very well. Tim was punctual and easy to work with where there was changes or issues we needed to deal with along the way. He decided to start part of the project at his home and complete the install at mine. This worked out well for us both. Tim was just professional the whole way and it was refreshing to find this again in today's atmosphere of hurry up and get it done and get paid. I would definitely use his service again and let others know.

I offer free estimates with no obligation. I typically work by the hour plus the cost of material if needed. My hourly rate is $90 for the first hour and $70 p/h after that with a one hour minimum.
