- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free estimates with no obligation. I typically work by the hour plus the cost of material if needed. My hourly rate is $90 for the first hour and $70 p/h after that with a one hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to respond to their initial request quickly and encourage them to let me see the work before giving a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent years in the field as an electrician working with other building trades.
