- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing. We charge 85.00 an hour for the first hour on all of our jobs, then the price drops to 65.00 an hour after the first hour. We are available for emergency calls in the evening, those are charged out at 85.00 per hour with an additional 25.00 emergency charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to meet with a you or speak with you over the phone, find out what your needs are - size and scope of the job then we are able to schedule the work for the day and time convenient to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in the trade.
