He changed my builder’s grade faucet to Hansgrohe pullout. He was on time. He kept his work area tidy and took away his trash along with my old faucet. I was very satisfied. Will definitely use again.

We had William out to our home to reconnect faucet, disposal, dishwasher and icemaker lines after a kitchen remodel. When my husband pulled everything out, he said it was a mess that he didn't think he'd be able to make heads or tails out of when it came time to reconnect so we opted to have it done by a professional. William was prompt (in fact the the only) to respond with what seemed like a very reasonable price for a liscensed, well seasoned plumber. He was quick to respond to my communications and set us up for early the next day. He was here as promised, friendly and professional. As soon as he got a look under the sink, it was apparent it was going to be more involved than originally thought. As is the home's previous owners MO, things appeared Mickey Moused and I had further complicated it by purchasing a sink with drain holes set very far back which gave him even less room to work with. He was apprehensive about whether he could pull it off without having to do some repiping in the wall but said he'd give it his best and would complete the job either way.. He added a new valve, changed out a couple of adapters that weren't right and ended up getting everything connected without any other alterations. Everything is working beautifully. I wish I had a before pic to show what an improvement his work was. Ultimately, I'm so glad we went with William as I don't believe a handyman or newer to service plumber would've been able to deliver the same results or even close to the same quality of work for the price ~about half of what the "big companies" wanted. We've got some bathroom remodels down the road and we will absolutely be contacting William for the jobs.
