Tina M. says, "I have nothing but good things to say about RB Pristine, for both their services and pricing! Initially, I wanted to have a modular sectional taken out of the house. It was way too big for the small house we live in now. I had reached out on Tthumbtack to get quotes and Ryan was the first to get back to me. The other company that contacted me wasn’t very prompt on getting back with an estimate and when they did, their estimate was way out of line of what I could afford. Ryan asked me to email pictures of the sectional and he gave me an extremely reasonable price to remove it. I had also found a dual recliner in very North Phoenix. almost an hour away. I asked Ryan if they also could pick up and bring that recliner to our house not knowing whether they did that kind of delivery. He did and his quote was to bring that was so low, I had to ask him if he truly understood where he was picking it up and where he was bringing it. I thought there had to be some sort of misunderstanding. He confirmed he knew and needless to say, I had him do both and when he and Aiden came, they were so careful in removing the sectional and bringing in the recliner. They were friendly and helpful in getting all the pieces of the recliner together. So, if you are looking for someone to haul junk, deliver furniture, pressure wash, or hang Christmas lights, definitely reach out to Ryan first. I’m really glad I did."See more

Mario called right away and we had a great conversation on the job I was looking to be done which is one of the reasons why I hired him on the spot. Alex was very attentive to making sure he was hauling away exactly what I wanted him and making sure I kept things that were important to me. My husband recently passed away, and I was trying to remove old things that needed cleaned up and were no longer needed. They were very compassionate about that. A garden rake was taken by mistake that was sitting next to old rusty tools that I asked them to take, but I didn’t notice that until today. That’s a bummer, however, I have not reached out to Mario to say anything. My only disappointment was when we had our initial phone call, It was disclosed that they do not keep anything but rather they donate things or discard at the dump. It was never disclosed to me that an additional fee would be added on for dump fees. I was given a quote by Thumbtack as well as a potential quote from Mario (with photos and video) when speaking to him on the phone and when the job was done, it was double that because of the dump fees. My suggestion would is to be very, very open and transparent about additional dump fees when speaking to clients."See more
