We just had your technician at our house this morning, Jeff is one heck of a nice guy, he replaced our filter (we are in our 80's and getting out of the house is not that easy as it used to be) as he noticed our was very much in need of upkeep. He went to the store for us and was back in about 20 minutes. He was kind, and compassionate he explained at great length how to take care of our system and we were back in business for under $100 dollars. Thank you for your honesty and your patience with two old fuddy duddys.
