Our pricing is transparent, competitive, and tailored to each client’s specific needs. Since every facility and property has different service requirements, we provide customized quotes based on scope, frequency, and service type. We offer flexible service plans, contract discounts for recurring services, and volume pricing for multi-property clients. There are no hidden fees — everything is clearly outlined before work begins. A standard trip or service call fee may apply depending on distance and type of service. We always review and confirm pricing before scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation and site assessment to fully understand your property, needs, and goals. From there, we develop a custom service plan and provide a detailed proposal. Once approved, we schedule services, assign trained staff, and maintain ongoing communication to ensure quality, consistency, and satisfaction. If we are completed one time service. A client would submit an inquiry, and we would price service accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in janitorial operations, facilities maintenance, pool maintenance (CPO certified), HVAC preventive care (EPA II certified), safety protocols, and equipment handling. We prioritize ongoing training, compliance, and best practices to ensure high-quality service, safety, and professionalism at all times. We have been in the Construction/Maintenance Industry for 20+ years.
