We had artifical turf with a paver boarder installed. This project needed 1/4 minus fill, paver boarder, and gravel removal, new artificial turf. These guys went above and beyond with our project, I would definitely use them again for future projects. Very personable and professional from day one.

Artificial Grass Masters is a Say What they do, Do What they Say type of Company. From the honest advertising, Polite office people, the impressive knowledgeable Project Managers (Designer, Salesman/Superintendent), the Quality installation more importantly the quick turn around time. From Start to finish my experience went like this. I scheduled my appointment on a Friday for that coming Monday at 9:00, I received a phone call from the project manager at 8:30 let me know that he was en route but maybe 15 minute. I appreciate the communication because I hate flakey companies. Sure enough at 9:10 Richard Hatcher arrived excited and ready to help. I had a pretty extensive design including pavers, a putting green, grass around the pool along with the irrigation, boulder placement, decorative gravel,tree, plants, decorative concrete curbing, block wall relocation and repair, plus they installed 15 sun screens because I had 6 windows that faced the grass. My Wife and I are the type of people that find the best deal then try to get a better one, Lol! We are not cheap, just savvy! so of course we got estimates from different companies then we mom and popped each one. Artificial Grass Masters Agreed to play as they offered a Price match guarantee or they would give me $50.00. After we gathered estimated from a few companies we narrowed it down to two companies: Artificial Grass Masters and Company X who was $800 less on a $10,000 project and I told my wife lets take a chance and invite Artificial Grass Masters them back out at the very least we make $50.00, (Just being savvy, Lol!) So when Richard came back out he said there are rules to the price match guarantee, (of course there is a catch, Lol!) He said I must be able to produce a copy of the estimate from the other company a sample of the Artificial Grass and products from a reputable licensed and bonded competing company. Well since both companies had provided me those things, I was ready to get the best deal or make $50.00. LOL! Side by side we compared the Artificial Grass Masters and Company X and everything was exactly the same, until it was time to produce a contractor license from the competing company. I couldn't find it anywhere. So Richard helped me do a quick google search and I found Company X and a lot of negative reviews including several where Company X had received large deposits and then never started or never finished. Then he showed me reviews on several reputable review websites to include Homeadvisor, Yelp, Better Business Burea, Veteran Owned Business. I was speechless, I almost felt as if I had completely offended Richard. Richard said fair deal should only come with a fair price. He then asked for the estimates from the other companies that were reputable(they were $500-$1200 more then Artificial Grass Masters.) So then it was clear It was not the product that we were paying for but the company and clearly Artificial Grass Masters was the best company for the job. So then I asked Richard how fast soon can we get started and Richard said "Well if I receive deposit signed contract today(Thursday) we could get you on the schedule for next week. Now this made me think "Either this company is super organized or Richard is over committing? (Remember I a skeptic, LOL!) I said o.k. put us on for next week. He created a detailed work order and then had me sign it along with the invoice and contract which we also had to sign before he even asked for payment. (This made us feel comfortable and confident that we were not going to get taken for our money) We then gave Richard a deposit for $5126.50. He immediately sent men a copy of the paid invoice and contract. Richard then asked us if we had a specific day the following week, we didn't care it was in the backyard. He then said he would submit the work order and that he would have an install date by Friday afternoon. Richard also said would done in three days. Friday afternoon I got a phone call from the the nice lady at the office and she told me that Richard was busy but she wanted to inform me of my install date which was the coming Wednesday. (I thought great he didn't just run off with my money! LOL!) Materials Arrived on Monday, and they were neatly placed on the driveway. Day 1 - Wednesday morning Richard and the installation team showed up and they were all wearing uniforms. This was impressive. He then Introduced me to Oscar - The foreman(Nicest guy in the world) and his installers. Richard then went over the work order with me and Oscar to ensure the design was understood. (Again this was a big project for us so we wanted it to be done right.) Sure enough Richard and Oscar explain to me what was going to take place. Then they set off to work. The first day they came out and did the demo, they tore everything up and cleaned the area for preparation. Irrigation was trenched and installed, then the base work for the grass and pavers was installed. By the afternoon String lines were all over my backyard and the base was compacted pavers were being installed and Curbing was being installed. I thought "Man this is happening fast." Day 2 - Install Team Installed the the plants, trees and 25 Tons of Gravel and Finished what seams to be a million paver cuts around the pool and patio. The yard was finally coming together! Day 3 - Artificial Grass, and the putting green was being installed, and I must say installing the fringe is definitely an art and Artificial Grass Masters made it look right. They finished off the day by completely raking, and blowing off the entire project area and washed off the dust from everything. Richard called me and told me he was going to be by to conduct a Quality Assurance Walk Around. (Man, Now this is what I am talking about.) when he arrived we walked the project to insure that everything was to our satisfaction, And It Was! Lol! He then Gave me a voucher that look like a hundred dollar bill for referral, I've already give 6 of them away, I've made $200.00 for referrals from my friend purchased projects. Working with this company has been a real pleasure, I'm old school and the people over at Artificial Grass Masters treated me right.

Their rep (Ricardo Santiago) explained materials and process to our full understanding. Checked on materials and progress at the start, during and at the completion. They were on schedule, and cost and very attentive to customers needs. They are top professionals.

This company was very disappointing . When I first called, I spoke with Candice, Head of Scheduling and she informed me that the Project Manager she was sending was Frank. We had a 12 noon appointment and he NEVER showed, called or communicated that he would not be able to make or keep out scheduled appointment.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes all of our products and services have standard pricing. Our artificial grass is sold in once of three options. 1. Artificial grass and putting green wholesale 2. Artificial Grass D-I-Y Kits 3. Artificial Grass Installed We also offer landscaping design and installation services and most of all of our other services have standard pricing. Our other services include decorative pavers, irrigation, lighting, gravel, plants, trees, concrete, BBQ, Curbing, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start off by scheduling a comprehensive estimate provided by one of our highly experienced Project managers. They will come out and talk about ideas that you may have or help you dream up a practical resort style back yard. Once a customer has decided to move forward we will go over the agreement and sign a contract to protect the homeowner and company from any potential liabilities. Once an agreement has been made a detailed work order will be completed to accurately describe your job with pictures and sketched design. Then 50% of the total invoiced price will be paid. Our Project manager will then get with production control and schedule the delivery of materials and schedule date for installation. Once Installation date is confirmed materials will be delivered 24-72 hours before date of installation. On date of installation, installers and project manager will arrive at your residence between 6:00-7:00 a.m. and review the project to assurae that all parties understand the installation design and answer any questions that may arise. Once the installation, the entire jobsite will be cleaned of any debris that was caused by jobsite installation. ourpro ject manager will then come back and do a Quality Assurance Walk Around to ensure proper installation and customer satisfaction. Upon final walkaround the customer will then [ay the remaining 50% of invoice price and the project manager will help homeowners find the best place to display thier opinion of our quality workmanship by making encouraging reviews on sites like this. Once the job is complete homeowners have a 10 year warranty no fade no fall apart plus a 2 year installation warranty to cover anything that may arise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Artificial Grass Masters Installs over 20,000 sqft of artificial grass on a weekly basis and with our advanced method of team alignments and artificial grass installation training, our installation take only 24-48 hours. All of our professionals are trained and must meet pre-requisites prior to being employed with artificial grass masters/
