FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base price but each package is customized depending on the needs of the client. As a coach there is a standard price set for each session but as a speaker the price depends on variables such as location, group size and length.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is the discovery process. When working with a new customer or client, I like to probe and find out what they are looking to accomplish with the partnership. Next we form a plan. My goal is to discover where the clients is now and their desired outcome and work to help get them there. The final stage is the follow up. I like to ensure we are trending in the right direction to reach desired goals and results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a unique blend of street-smart experiences combined with formal education and professional training, giving me the ability and a burning desire to work with a wide range of people.
