There are few things in my life I dread more than writing, rewriting, editing, and/or updating my own resume, but it wasn't until recently that I even thought about hiring someone to do that for me. After tailoring it to each job I applied for over the next few months, I reluctantly came to realize that what looked great on the surface was really just meaningless hot garbage. But that's where Joseph came to the rescue.
He was incredibly appreciative and receptive to the concerns I had, no matter how minute and seemingly insignificant. Joseph made it seem like he welcomed the fact that I sent him 2 different annotated drafts of my resume for his reference; his detailed, email responses showed that he read and understood my concerns/examples of what I liked, liked but didn't know if it belonged, was unsure about, etc.
The first draft he returned exceeded every expectation I had and been accepted on the spot if not for some necessary edits outside of Joseph's control (industry-specific terminology/wording/phrasing, my concerns over ATS filters).
Seriously, I can't recommend Joseph enough! He optimized my LinkedIn profile and the effect has been noticeable. I don't yet have the minimum number of connections he recommended but even with the changes he made to my Headline, About, and Experience sections has garnered me so much more interaction, views, and messages.
I'm making a career change so I knew it would take me longer to find a new position but I finally did and it was with Joseph's resume. Thank you so much! I recommend him if you need a new resume or need a different perspective. It's money well-spent.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our resume pricing is based on years of total experience:
0 - 2 Years of Experience - $110
3 - 8 Years of Experience - $120
8+ Years of Experience - $150
Executive Level - $175
Pricing may change slightly based on demand and season.
Additionally, you may add:
- Rush Creation (24 hours or less): $50
- LinkedIn Optimization: $50
- Cover Letter: $40
Our process includes:
- 3 day turnaround time
- Unlimited revisions
We unfortunately don't create cover letters or LinkedIn sheets without having worked on your resume, due to the way that our process and research is structured.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is pretty simple overall! We aim to keep most communication to emails and messages, which saves us both time!
This is what our process usually looks like:
1. You would send over your current resume, any additional or updated information, and a link to a position or two that you'd normally apply for
2. We'll send over an invoice to your email. Once it's taken care of, we'll get started!
3. We'll send that initial draft of your resume over to your email after 3 days for revisions. We'll work on any edits together until we're both satisfied with everything
4. We'll create any additional services (cover letters, LinkedIn sheets) within 24 hours of finalizing your resume
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our resume writers have worked in a hiring manager or recruiter position for a minimum of 3 years. Alongside this, we have certifications in:

- Resume Writing
- Resume Keyword Optimization
