- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system consists of 2 vital points How long will it take me and how much it will cost me (tool and material wise) to give top quality service. Im always willing to work with you to find a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to understand their overall goal or difficulty with targeted task. I like to give them my recommendations on what can be done and the process and cost of what it would take to accomplish said task. Finally i give them options considering costs and final outcome scenarios.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISA Certified Arborist. I am also a Certified tree worker. I attend college to work on my management skills. Also i am a regular at local tree workshops for contractors of the same trade. I am working on several other certifications that relate with additional areas that i deal with constantly.
