Mark was awesome we had him connect the ice maker on our fridge in our 5th wheel trailer the valve was tight in a cabinet but Mark was able to contort himself enough to access the valve to connect the braided water line and test the connection then had time to adjust a desk and secure it. Great service tech!

Mark came out to Lake Havasu City to repair water damage under the kitchen sink. He communicated with us very clearly and let us know that he was running a little late. Appreciated his hard work and he even came with a replacement board!
I hired MCM Handyman Services to install a new oven/microwave combo in my kitchen cabinet. I had removed the old unit and just needed help installing the new one. MCM responded right away and showed up on time. Mark and I worked together to lift the oven into the cabinet since it was really too heavy for one person. All wired up and tested, Mark was very thorough and professional. Coast was very reasonable. I highly recommend MCM Handyman Services and plan to hire him again.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I’d meet with them to discuss their goals and the total cost. Once we are in agreement I will send a invoice ,collect 50% deposit , and schedule an appointment to begin.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My step dad is a engineer and fixed most items himself around the house. After years of helping him and watching him I acquired various skills. I started working with customers in Jan 2000.
