- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible with pricing and payment. I charge $20 per hour for one time cleaning services. For regularly scheduled cleaning services I offer discounts. I also offer $10 off for every referral that schedules services with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a walkthrough to meet with potential customers and go over what exactly they want done before I get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some business management and accounting through LCCC. I'm also a single mother of 3 boys who can be very messy and destructive.
