Introduction: I started training after my brother was diagnosed with AML(Acute Myeloid Leukemia). I wanted to find something that I would enjoy doing but also able to help others become better in taking care of them selfs. To be more aware of how they treat there bodies and what they put in it. I want people to build to be a better them.
