- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Frost Air LLC, we believe in fair, honest, and transparent pricing. We use a flat-rate pricing system, so you’ll know the cost before we begin any work. We offer free quotes for new system installations and replacements. We’re happy to install customer-supplied units, but please note: Installation only (no warranty on the equipment) Labor warranty still applies (terms will be listed on your invoice)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact You can reach out via phone, text, email, or our website. We’ll gather basic details about your HVAC issue or project and schedule a convenient time for your appointment. 2. For service calls, a diagnostic fee will apply, which may be credited toward the repair if approved. 3. Clear, Upfront Pricing We provide a flat-rate quote before beginning any work—no hourly charges, no surprises. If you’re interested in new equipment, we’ll offer multiple system options and explain your choices. 4.
