- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We focus on doing the job right the first time, not just offering the lowest price. A lot of lower-priced services only include a quick exterior spray, which can lead to the issue coming back. Our treatments are more thorough and may include interior, exterior, and key entry points depending on the situation. Most one-time services typically start around $125, with ongoing options available for long-term protection. We also offer free inspections so we can recommend the right approach for your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand what you’re seeing and how active the issue is. From there, we schedule a visit to inspect the property, identify where the problem is coming from, and recommend the right treatment plan. Our goal is to treat the source of the issue and help prevent it from coming back—not just provide a temporary fix.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 36 years of combined experience in pest control, customer service, and working directly with homeowners across Arizona. We stay up to date on treatment methods, safety standards, and industry practices to ensure effective and responsible service. We are licensed, insured, and use EPA-compliant products and practices.
