Mr. Wilson stayed in touch with regard to scheduling, did a complete walk-through of my home & property, and when he concluded that the rodent situation had already been resolved, he readily agreed to give me a letter for the city to attest to the fact! I hired Lizard Lick to address a rodent issue in my attic. After obtaining estimates from several pest control companies, I chose Lizard Lick because they offered the best price for the same services that the others provided. The only additional service the other companies offered was a sanitation service, which includes cleaning and sanitizing the attic area. However, I found this service to be a costly extra and did not feel it was necessary or worth the expense. Lizard Lick came out the next day after signing the contract. He placed the traps around the exterior of the house and in the attic. He also screened off any entryways he found on or around the roof areas.
