- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the client's needs and outline a scope for the project, as well as a quote. Once we agree on a price, we have an onboarding call and provide a list of content/items we'll need from the client to get started. We pride ourselves on communicating well with our clients to make sure we're delivering the product they are looking for!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is a Google Partner and we have 4 Google Ads certified professionals on staff. We are an Oracle Data Cloud Audience Partner and have skilled production staff that works creatively to craft professional videos, websites and graphics necessary for our projects.
