FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally file consumer bankruptcy petitions for a flat fee. Immigration and elder law services are based on the amount of work performed, which can vary widely, so I choose either an hourly-based fee or a hybrid fixed/variable model.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All attorneys in Arizona must fulfill annual continuing legal education requirement. I am also licensed in New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut, which have similar requirements.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in consumer bankruptcy, business-based immigration and elder law. I choose to solve problems rather than fight adversaries. Bankruptcy typically does not entail litigation. Business-based immigration is largely transactional. Elder law, too, requires identifying needs and fulfilling them efficiently and in a way with which the client is comfortable and secure. That is what I do.
