Introduction: Injury law is my passion. For over 30 years I have handled injury claims all over the state of Arizona. Successful outcomes are based upon early detailed preparation. After having conducted over 50 jury trials and hundreds of arbitration cases, I am convinced that the best way to avoid having to go to court is to prepare your case as if it will be decided in court. Remember this: Insurance companies do not care how badly you were hurt, they only care how well you can persuade a jury that you were hurt enough to justify a substantial award in the form of money damages.
Before undertaking to represent the injured victims in accident cases, I was Arizona Trial Counsel for ITT Hartford, then the managing attorney for the Southwest Regional Claims Office for Allstate Insurance Company. I know both sides of the practice of law in the field of injury law. I certainly know what an insurance adjuster needs to see in a case to properly evaluate the claim for settlement. I also know how to present my client's case in a compelling manner for consideration by a jury so that justice can be done.
