- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very proud of the work we do, and our pricing reflects that. If a client is tight on their budget, we will always work with them to find a way to make it work for both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to schedule a call to introduce ourselves and hear firsthand the customer's vision for the party. Then we can discuss specifics and create a plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at pizza restaurants and high-end hotels in high school and college to support myself. I've been in the wine & spirits industry for 8+ years and have made dozens of cocktails and menus for everything from dive bars to country clubs.
