What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will create a custom package for any customer to meet their needs. We provide discounts based on duration, location and service provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First order of business is understanding what the client is looking for and then walking through how to achieve that as precisely as possible. We will go through details such as what equipment is needed, what support is needed in creating a cocktail program for the event and determine what products need to be present and how they will be delivered to the event site. We do everything in our power to eliminate any stress leading up to the event and ensure the event goes off without issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years experience opening restaurants and creating events for people. We have a team that is all certified in food and liquor safety and I am presently bartending in the Scottsdale area. We are also fully insured and can include the host if they so wish.
