I have had the fortunate chance of living in many different countries. During my travels I have had the opportunity to experience many different cultures and taste food from all around the world. I have incorporated my experience with my passion and have spent my life perfecting the two. My culinary skills are often described as authentic with a creative, personal and contemporary twist. The dishes are not busy or overrun by too many ingredients crowding one plate. Simplicity and elegance resonate throughout the world of food. Fresh, healthy and high quality ingredients are mostly used in the chemistry of my cooking. Understanding your client and engaging with their needs is very important. My cooking class with Hasnah exceeded my expectations. She shed a whole new light on what it is to cook. This is my first time using thumbtack and I took a risk that was definitely worth it. Her knowledge of the kitchen and culinary world are extremely extensive. To be honest, I was intimidated at first but she relays the lesson in such a comfortable relatable environment that it felt like we were just two friends cooking and creating something together. The experience has made me want to explore my kitchen in ways I had never thought, and allowed me to narrow down and focus on what it is I am really interested in. So many things to learn! So many fun and creative culinary adventures to be had. Thank you so much. I left inspired and excited. :)

Great chef! The foods was delicious and the presentations are superb! Hasnah warm and friendly personality was really welcoming. It was really easy for us to fit in and join the conversation right away while we are preparing the food. She showed use how to cook from scratch, none of the ingredients are ready made. Her skills are ranging from Asian, American to Italian culinary! I would definitely come back to have more!

I must say Siti Hasnah is an amazing,excellent and talented lady from baking with decorating cakes, cooking with her own style, touch, varieties, and ideas of all kind of food from appetizers right to her dessert. You will never be tired and regret with her including her great personality.

I spent Tuesday morning with Hasnah - It was far beyond my expectations. We created a meal I would never have dreamed I was capable of putting together. I left her kitchen with far greater knowledge and confidence in my ability to create a fantastic meal. Plus great personality and lots of fun - highly recommended

I take my work seriously. I am proud of my work and would only deliver the best that I could. People said I have a relax friendly personality but have eagle eyes on details. I'd like my client to feel so comfortable, not to worry about the preparation of food and quality that comes with it. I am organized when I am in action. There wouldn't be any screaming stressed out even planner on the edge struggling to deliver work of perfection. Pleasant flows of work done swiftly before you know it, you are the hostess ready to entertain.
