What I enjoy about about my work is my passion for designing, creating, and interacting with my customers. With those 3 components, lead me to choose embroidery as a career. I worked 25 long, hard years to create a business for myself, to spread my passion and love to others.
I can do embroidery on hats, beanies, shirt, polo, name tags, and the list goes on! Always happy to work on new projects as well.

This is my first time sending to embroider shirts from a Logo that I design for a client. I met Thuy through Thumbtack. From day one, Thuy answered all my messages in a promptly manner. We wanted to give beanies with an embroidered slogan as a party favor for our daughters birthday party the next week. We bought the beanies and sent a shout out for quotes. Thuy replied within the hour with a very reasonable quote. I dropped off the hats on Saturday and she had them done by the next Tuesday. Turn around time was so fast. The embroidery looked amazing!! Thuy was very friendly and knew that we needed them for the party and worked hard to make sure they were done on time. We would highly recommend her for your embroidery job!

I am so pleased with the entire experience with Thuy Embroidering - ! I was interested in adding color and design to a couple of my motorcycle jackets and the Thumbtack App helped me locate Thuy Embroidery, who turned out to be the BEST person for the job!
First of all, Thuy responded to my request with “ lightening fast” speed! She quickly offered to set up a face-to-face meeting so we could discuss colors, ideas and design. After Thuy listened to my ideas, she offered several additional concepts that were soon incorporated into the final design. She took great care to match thread colors perfectly and explain design size, location and detail.
Thuy finished the job in what I now refer to as “ Thuy’s Lightening Speed “ and the finished product is incredible! In addition to being skilled and talented, Thuy is a delightful person - quick to smile and eager to please, I WILL definitely use Thuy Embroidery again - I want to recommend Thuy Embroidery to anyone looking for quality embroidery work! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 - $150 Digitizing fee for new Art logo depending on size (one time fee)
Orders are required to have a 10 piece minimum
Less than 10 pieces will be considered a special request and will be charged accordingly
Up to 5000 Stitches $6.50 per item
5001 - 10,000 Stitches $8.50 per item
10,001+ Stitches $15.50 per item
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Digitizing logo
2) Create sew out sample
3) Get approval from customer
4) Go to production if approved
5) Complete order
6) Customer to pay and pick up completed order
7) Repeat for new order
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained on Tajima machines, software and hardware. Trained on Highland machines and is fluent on most embroidery languages.
