FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate but most people want a fixed price. This isn't always easy to provide given the fact that unforeseen situations sometime arise. An hourly rate would cover these things. The customer just needs to be aware that a fixed price may not be the final price. I offer a free in home evaluation with no obligations and I really don't see why more people don't take advantage of this service. It helps you understand more of what needs to be done to complete your project and helps me in providing you with the best, most accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new client, I like to get a feel for "how" they like things done. Even though I'm DOING the work, some people are more comfortable when things are done their way. I also pay attention to WHAT they like so that I can make educated design suggestions that might be appreciated more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
