Excellent experience entirely: contacted me first and promptly upon my initial inquiry; stated his rate, which would only apply if he could fix the issue; arrived on time; Q/A’d me with direct, precise questions (narrowing down the issue); immediately addressed that issue AFTER, I had previously engaged the builder’s warranty electricians over five (5) times for the same issue with no resolution; went to get parts and completed new install adeptly and partially in the dark by feel (breaker expectedly tripped)…yeah, he was that good! I definitely respect anyone who knows their business and doesn’t waste time; his service is reasonably priced and I wouldn’t hesitate to engage him again.

Robert did a great job. He responded back within 30 minutes of my initial request. He arrived on time. He changed the blades on my ceiling fan in my living room and installed a light fixture in my bedroom all in less than 30 minutes. You can tell he’s been doing this for over 30 year by the way he works. He moves almost robotic like-as if he’s done this thousands of times before. He brought everything he needed to do the job and was very friendly. His price was also very good. I would definitely refer Robert to anyone and will definitely be hiring him again!
