My policy requires a deposit to secure any booking, and the remaining balance must be paid prior to the event to guarantee coverage. This policy is clearly outlined and helps ensure a smooth experience for all clients. In this case, the deposit was never received, so the date was not secured. As a result, no services were provided. I always strive to communicate clearly and run my business with professionalism and integrity.
