Matt was great to work with. Quick to respond to my request. We had a great conversation about a corporate event we needed a photographer for. Matt made the booking process easy and I felt confident in our selection.
On the day of our event, Matt was punctual and professional. We reviewed the photo needs again and Matt went to work. He was sure to check in throughout the event and review some of the photos with me to make sure we we happy with the work. Matt over delivered and was actually able to return photos to us same day. We contracted Rita to photograph the grand unveiling of our new brand at a trade show at the Convention Center, then our hospitality event later that evening. She was easy to reach and responded quickly. We went over all of the logistics and created a timeline.
A day or two before the event, we confirmed all the details. She arrived early and was ready to go. She took great photos of our
new booth and very nice team photo. From our CEO's speech to the ribbon and cutting and opening reception, she took hundreds of great photos from all angles.
We moved on to the hospitality event where Rita did an amazing job especially in getting our somewhat photo-shy guests to take hundreds of posed, fun and even crazy (in a super fun way) group photos. She captured folks bowling, shooting pool playing video games, dancing, etc. All in all, we couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. Her 5.0 rating is well-deserved.

We hired Matt for our daughter's Sweet 16 party. Matt was very prompt with replies and friendly from the beginning. He was willing to make the trip out to the venue in his spare time to look at the property and get ideas for the photographs. I would highly recommend Brian! First and most importantly his photos are amazing! I hired Brian to photograph the Red Carpet at my mom’s 83rd Birthday party, which was a very special event, and he arrived early, even before the scheduled time to film the set up. Disclaimer… I never write reviews. But Adam was absolutely AMAZING! From the start… he communicated so well. He worked with us on the pricing and we could not thank him enough. He offered to do as many calls or FaceTimes as we needed to make sure we would get everything we wanted on our big day.
On the day of, he was the best! He was on time and it felt like he was snapping pictures non stop. We had a lull in our day when photos were not needed, but he didn’t complain at all. He actually hung out in the grooms suite and the guys loved him! He was a hit, and one of our groomsmen even wanted him to reach out if he was ever in Pittsburgh! We had photography and videography… and both were done so professionally and with quality. His editing and retouching skills are top notch! You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the photos. I will recommend Adam to anyone having a wedding or event. He is officially our go to photographer going forward!

I was looking for a photographer for our 50th Birthday Party/ Family reunion, and I went to Thumbtack to find someone who had quality work at a reasonable price that was willing to be at our party for a few hours. Matt responded right away to my request and before hiring him I looked him up to see if he had a portfolio on his website. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the beautiful pictures he had on his page and the quality of his pictures. After I saw his work, there was no question that I was going to hire him to be at our party. He made sure to capture all of the special moments with our entire family. I received pictures from my party within 2 days. Matt is also helping me with editing a video from my mom's 80th birthday party and some photos from that event as well. I fully trust him with all of our family special fotos. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Optics by Lee. To put it simply - Jordan was a delight to work with and exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Not only did his pictures capture the fun and energy of our bachelorette party perfectly, but his kind and happy personality was apparent throughout the entire day (from 9am-2am - yes 15 total hours!). Jordan’s ability to blend in while still getting those candid, fun shots was amazing. The photos turned out vibrant, clear, and full of life, exactly what you want to remember from such a special event. (This was true for even the party bus shots, which I was afraid would not turn out because of how dark it was inside the bus. His flash was magic, as everything was clear and colorful. Those ended up being some of my favorite pictures.)
His professionalism, creativity, and eye for detail made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend him for anyone looking to capture their special moments with joy and flair.
