The exterminator was wonderful and got the job done. I have dogs and she was very understanding of that. If I have any issues between visits, they will come out for free. They give me piece of mind.

We had bed bugs. They were in two of our bedrooms, and they said it would be best to treat the entire home. They said their work was guaranteed and, after two weeks, we haven't seen any more bed bugs. They were easy to schedule with and were on time for the service. I wish the price would have been lower, but they were the only company that gave us a straight answer when we asked for a price.

From my first phone contact I was comfortable about hiring this company. I appreciated that they were not pushy about getting me into a contract. They were able to schedule me promptly, The technician showed up on time, asked me about what pests I was seeing and where, tolerated my barking dog, and did everything that he told me he was going to do. He asked my permission before applying a powder around outside because I have a dog, One of the principal reasons that I chose this business is because they advertised that they use pesticides that are kid and pet friendly, that was very important to me. After the technician finished he gave me paperwork explaining exactly what chemicals he had used and which bugs were targeted. Within an hour of the time that the technician left I started seeing dead bugs!! They are coming back in two weeks to spot treat for ants in my yard and I am sure I'll have a very positive experience again. I definitely recommend this pest control service to anyone that wants prompt results, thorough explanations, and very importantly safety for their kids and/or pets.

They did a great job explaining why it takes multiple visits to get rid of our tick problem. We haven't seen any bugs inside our home and the bugs we find outside are dead or dying. The price is a little high though.

Contacted All Guard about a rodent problem. A pleasant young man came and set traps in the crawlspace and around the outside of the house. He later came back out and moved the traps to different locations.Haven't heard any activity for over two weeks now, so I'm cautiously optimistic! They call every 4-5 days to check if I've seen or heard any signs of rodent activity. They also offer different price ranges depending on the level of service you select. I'm pretty happy with their service so far!
