- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate is $85 per hour. We have all the tools, equipment and ladders to complete most jobs. Materials are extra. We do not markup materials, however we do charge for the time it takes to shop and return to the job site. Jobs outside our service area may incur additional fees. Disposal fees extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me with a description of your project and if possible send along a few pictures. I have an online booking link to make setting up an appointment very easy. It allows you to find a time on my schedule that works for you. Most of my appointments are booked in 2 hour increments depending on the task. I respond to requests twice per day, once in the early morning and once in the evening, during the day I need to focus on my clients work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technical school training. Online classes and continuing education on home maintenance, repair and assembly services. 20 years of practical, in-field experience. We ARE licensed contractors. AZ ROC #347345. Bonded, insured, background checked and registered with the state. Therma-Tru door installation certified.
