FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not complicated. It is based upon how much time (labor hours), materials (good, better, or best), tools (specialized or rented), preperation (clear work areas, remove obstacles, set up processes), planning (simple repair or remodel/custom), logistics (getting people, material and work performed in the best order).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is your right to ask questions and understand how the installation or repair will be performed. It is your right to inspect the work during repair and have your questions answered to your satisfaction. If you are looking to patch something, dont care how it looks or how long it will last; then call anyone but not us. But if you want a proper repair that is aesthetically pleasing with a warranty then call us.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Unfortunately there are bad seeds in every profession. Usually when we perform a repair we are undoing a prior poorly installed job before we can even begin to install properly. License or no license get references! If the work is not performed properly and you can see that during the job, put the job on hold and have another contracor inspect the work. If it is wrong fire the the first contractor before he completely screws up the job.
