- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing usually boils down to hourly if it is small little projects that need done around the house. For the most part, I do charge by the project. We will discuss this before hand, that way we know what to expect before going into the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please let me know everything that needs done before hand. If there are any details you'd like to me know, do not hesitate to share. Heck, some-times I go into the job and the customer has all the knowledge but just needs me to go through the motion for them. Anything helps, your concerns and worries are no mistake at all. It's necessary to have these in the back of our minds in order to complete the job properly and to our liking.
