I had two projects needing immediate attention for a tenant in my rental. Her main faucet broke in the kitchen and a light that was installed a year ago in the master bath, simply quit working. Ray contacted me immediately after my inquiry and went to her house the next day to assess exactly what needed to be done. It can be risky taking the advice of someone you haven't met and rely on their opinion of exactly what the job entails. Ray was thorough and honest when reporting things I needed to buy as well as installation time. He gave me a recommendation for a new light opposed to the type I had previously, which alleviated problems all together. The minute my items came in, he had them installed and my tenant is extremely pleased. I intend to use him on additional projects I have at my home now. Happy Customer.
