John Dhimes I recently had the pleasure of hiring YC Improvement for a bathroom repair and installation of safety fixtures for my elderly mother. After the team leader Esteban performed a detailed inspection, he pinpointed a major moisture problem with future dire consequences and which would have prevented the installation of the necessary safety fixtures. They outlined the scope of the work involved all within my budget. Our job was done with care and precision with attention to detail and quality. The crew was clean, tidy, efficient, diligent and professional as well as having a friendly disposition at all times. The work was completed in a timely manner with the highest level of workmanship. I highly recommend YC Improvement whose quality exceeded my expectations.

Thank you for a nicely groomed yard! After 4 months of not tending to my front and back yard, flowers from both my bougainvillea and Palo Verde were everywhere. The crew with YC home did a great job to clean up and blow my yard. I also had them trim a few bushes and haul away old stones left behind my RV gate along with removing all debris. Additionally, they were very fast and I am very happy. I would use them again in the near future!

The schedule was thrown off by about 6 hours messing up some things I wanted to do, but, at least the service was excellent. I had a ceiling fan un-installed and new one installed plus a bathroom faucet un-installed and new one installed ... the work was done professionally and keeping it clean, during and after work, was very nice. So, I would recommend, YC Home Improvement, to anyone in need of service.
