Be Wellness, LLC changed my outlook on therapy. For years, I searched for clinical therapists who were relatable and Be Wellness LLC provided just that. I have worked with clinical therapist Shruti and she has been a god send. Shruti provides a safe space for me to talk about deep, painful issues that have impacted my life for years. She is attentive, relatable and extremely professional. Prior to working with her, I was introduced to the Be Boxes, which provided me with a foundation for self-care/ self-love exercises.
