You can go see a psychologist or therapist but if they have not gone thru what you have it is very hard for them to understand you. I have been thru some very hard things in life and can empathize and sympathize and can share what I did to come out on the other side. Life is beautiful and you are worth living it to the fullest each and every second of it!
