Introduction: I am an experienced, educated, full-time, residential Associate Broker in Real Estate who is successfully representing buyers and/or sellers since 2005. As an Associate Broker, I have experience with negotiations of contracts, as well as with banks/lenders, HOAs, and other agents involved with all types of real estate transactions from traditional sales, short sales, and lender-owned properties. I have extensive education, with added designations and certifications (see a list on my website). I take my clients' needs, expectations, and their time very seriously.
